About the Role
n
As our Parts Interpreter, you will work closely with customers, technicians and the sales team to ensure the correct parts are identified, ordered and supplied efficiently.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting customers with motorcycle parts, accessories and riding gear
n
Identifying and interpreting parts using electronic catalogues and manufacturer systems
n
Processing parts enquiries, quotes, orders and sales
n
Ordering and receiving stock
n
Picking and supplying parts to the workshop
n
Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory
n
Following up backorders and special orders
n
Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
n




Merchandising and maintaining a well-presented parts department
n
Building strong relationships with customers
n
Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service
n
n
About You
n
We would love to hear from you if you have:
n
n
Previous parts interpreting experience, ideally within motorcycles, automotive, agricultural or a similar industry
n
A genuine interest in motorcycles
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Good computer and administrative skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
The ability to identify the correct parts quickly and accurately
n
Good organisational and time-management skills
n
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
n
Motorcycle industry experience is highly regarded, but applicants with automotive or mechanical parts experience are also encouraged to apply.
