We are seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our community care team on a casual basis for our Toowoombalocation . This role supports aged care clients aged 65 years and above within their own homes, delivering services with a strong person-centred care approach.

/n

You will play a meaningful role in enabling clients to remain engaged in their community while maintaining independence and wellbeing.

/n

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living support

/n
Assist with social support and community access

/n
Prepare meals and provide light domestic assistance

/n
Maintain explicit communication and accurate documentation

/n

Requirements

/n

/n
Certificate III in Aged Care,



Individual Support, or Community Care (essential)

/n
Previous experience supporting older people in a community setting

/n
Strong time management and ability to work autonomously

/n
Good verbal and written communication skills

/n
Availability to commit to approximately 20 hours per week

/n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

/n
Current Queensland Open Driver's Licence

/n
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

/n
Smart phone

/n
National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
