Mandavilla Events' is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Experienced well organised Kitchen, Kitchen Hand Chef de Partie & Apprentice Chefs to join our dynamic team. As a kitchen hand, Apprentice Chef & Chef de Partie you will be in a supporting role to the Executive Chef.

As an Mandavilla Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your culinary skills under the guidance of our experienced chefs. This is a full-time position based in Blacktown, NSW.

What you'll be doing /n

Assisting in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes as part of our catering operations

/n

Learning food preparation techniques, including chopping, dicing, slicing and mixing

/n

Maintaining a clean and organised work setting in the kitchen

/n

Following recipes and instructions from senior chefs

/n

Participating in menu development and enhancement

/n

Providing excellent customer service to our clients

What we're looking for /n

A genuine passion for food and cooking

/n

Solid attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

/n

Good communication and teamwork skills





/n

A willingness to learn and develop your culinary skills

/n

Relevant experience in a food preparation or catering workplace would be an advantage
