About the role /n

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Client Services Officer to join a growing boutique financial advice practice. Working closely with the Principal Adviser, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, coordinating advice implementation, and ensuring clients receive a seamless experience throughout their financial journey.

Execute investment and superannuation trades

/n
Coordinate advice implementation

/n
Manage super rollovers and recontribution strategies

/n
Liaise with clients throughout fund transfer processes

/n
Build strong client relationships through regular contact

/n
Allocate and oversee tasks completed by offshore support staff

/n

Skills & Experience /n

/n
Experience as a Client Services Officer in financial planning, ideally 3+ years experience

/n
Strong knowledge of superannuation and investment products

/n
Experience with HUB24 or similar platforms

/n




Confident client communication and relationship skills

/n
Highly organised with solid attention to detail

/n
