The Position

Basic food preparation.

/n
Working a mix of shifts across cafe and functions.

/n
Basic operations of dishwashing

/n
Help monitor and promote allergen and dietary considerations for our guests’ safety

/n
Be a ‘safety first’ advocate, ensuring you and your team head home in even better shape than when you arrived!

The Person:

Experience in bulk cooking, whether in a hotel or café setting

/n
Solid attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations

/n
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining a positive and skilled demeanour

/n
Basic operations of dishwashing machines, pot washing and general hygiene duties

/n
