About the role

This is a true all-rounder position. You'll work across coffee, POS and floor service, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, is confident jumping in wherever needed and loves being part of a busy café team.

Table service and running food
General front-of-house duties
Making great coffee

About you
1–2+ years' hospitality experience
Strong café and hospitality experience
Robust barista skills and confidence working on coffee
Experience working in a busy café environment
Basic latte art is a must
Confidence using a POS system
Comfortable with table service, running food and general FOH duties
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A genuine team player
Organised, reliable and proactive
