We're looking for aCompliance Officerto join a high-performing property management team, working across a large portfolio of properties throughout Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoysproperty, compliance and administrationand wants to grow their career within a well-established agency.
The Role
Manage and monitorproperty compliance requirements
Ensure properties meetVictorian rental legislation and compliance standards
Coordinatesmoke alarm, gas, electrical and other safety compliance
Manage compliance schedules, inspections and documentation
Liaise withlandlords, tenants and contractors




Follow up outstanding compliance matters and ensure issues are resolved
Coordinate required maintenance and remedial works
Maintain accurate compliance records and systems
Support the wider Property Management team with compliance and administration
Manage a portfolio of propertiesacross Melbourne
