What You'll Do
n
As a Fitness Cartel PT Manager, you'll:
n
n
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing PT team
n
Drive PT business growth, revenue, and club results
n




Deliver Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT to build a future trainer pipeline
n
Lead HIIT classes, oversee timetables, and inspire member engagement
n
Maintain compliance, safety, and service standards across the PT team
n
Lead the in-club 8-Week Challenge to boost member results and culture
n
Attend management meetings, complete reporting, and align staffing to budgets
n
n
Who You Are
n
n
Experienced in leadership (2+ years in a
supervisory/management
role)
n
Cert III & IV in Fitness + Current First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
n
A strong mentor who thrives under pressure and drives team success
n
Business-minded with proven success in PT or running a small business
n
Authentic, approachable, and customer-focused
n
A inspiring role model who lives and breathes fitness culture
n
Organised, target-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
n
Must have full Australian working rights
