Prestige Plants is seeking an outstanding Sales Administrator / Project Coordinator to work at the centre of our sales, procurement and project-delivery team.
n
This is not a basic administration role.
n
You will work closely every day with our sales and logistics teams, preparing major customer quotations, coordinating externally sourced plants and helping ensure complex landscaping projects are delivered successfully.
n
The role is 100% office based in Kinglake. It is not hybrid or work-from-home. The effectiveness of the position comes from working closely with the sales, logistics and nursery teams throughout the day.

The Role
n
You will:
n
n
Prepare quotations from customer tenders, RFQs and plant schedules.
n
Use AI tools,



spreadsheets and our ERP system to prepare quotes quickly and accurately.
n
Enter and maintain quotations, orders and project information in the ERP.
n
Manage the daily list of plants that need to be sourced from other nurseries.
n
Contact suppliers for availability, pricing and lead times.
n
Issue purchase orders and follow suppliers through to delivery.
n
Coordinate brokered plants so they arrive in the right quantity, quality and timeframe.
n
Support the sales team with customer enquiries, orders, quotations and project follow-up.
n
Work closely with logistics to ensure customer deliveries are properly coordinated.
n
Chase outstanding actions and solve problems before they affect the customer.
n
Help manage a high volume of changing customer and project requirements.
n

Experience in sales administration, estimating, procurement, construction administration, landscaping, horticulture, building products or project coordination would be highly regarded.

Plant knowledge is helpful but not essential. We can teach the product to someone who is bright, curious and learns quickly.
