We're looking for passionate Chefs to join our culinary team across casual, part-time and full time opportunities.
Whether you're looking to build your experience, take the next step in your culinary career or find a role that offers flexibility, you'll be part of a dynamic kitchen operation with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.
You'll work alongside an experienced culinary team across our main kitchen, Sola Restaurant & Bar and our busy banqueting and events operation. With everything from à la carte dining to large-scale conferences, weddings and functions, you'll gain valuable experience across a diverse resort environment.
What you'll be doing:
Prepare and deliver high-quality food across restaurant, banqueting and event services
Work across a variety of menus and styles of service
Support the delivery of conferences, weddings and large-scale events
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and Food & Beverage teams
Follow food safety, HACCP and WHS standards
Assist with preparation, stock rotation and maintaining an organised kitchen
Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
Relevant culinary qualifications or previous commercial kitchen experience




A genuine passion for food and hospitality
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
