About the role

Little Handprints Woolooware is a 29-place early learning service looking for a warm, enthusiastic and reliable Certificate III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join the team on a part-time and/or casual basis to cover Educator Programming Time and staff leave. The role focuses on building warm, respectful relationships with children and families, and is committed to play-based, child-led learning.

Key responsibilities
Work with children aged 0–5 years in a nurturing environment
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Support play-based, child-led learning
Uphold children's rights and maintain professional boundaries
Follow Child Safe policies and Code of Conduct
Understand responsibilities in relation to child protection and mandatory reporting
Work across different age groups
Be available for flexible part-time and/or casual shifts

About you
Holds an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or is actively working towards an approved qualification




Has a genuine love of working with children aged 0–5 years
Is caring, positive and dependable
Enjoys being part of a supportive team
Holds a current Working With Children Check
Is available for flexible part time and/or casual shifts
