Personal Care Worker - In Home Aged Care /n

You'll provide personalised support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting

/n
Mobility and daily living support

/n
Meal preparation and light domestic assistance

/n
Companionship and community access

/n
Following individual care plans and support requirements

/n
Recognising and reporting changes in a client's health or wellbeing

/n
Working closely with our care and clinical team

/n

About you

/n

/n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent

/n
Experience supporting older people

/n
A caring, reliable and professional approach

/n
Solid communication and observation skills

/n
Confidence using mobile technology and electronic care systems

/n




A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

/n
Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain

/n
Ability to meet applicable aged care worker screening requirements

/n
