CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage)is a trusted, Queensland-owned company delivering high-quality facility services across the state. We’re expanding our team at Sun Metals,Townsville!

Shift Details /n

6 am start or 12.30 pm start

What We’re Looking For /n

/n
Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)

/n
Able to pass a medical

/n
Own reliable vehicle and current Driver’s Licence (essential)

/n
Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused

/n
Excellent time management skills

/n

Key Responsibilities /n

/n
Attend client sites at scheduled times.

/n
Comply 100% with all site rules, policies, and procedures.

/n
Deliver cleaning services as per agreed scopes of work and service agreements.

/n
Report any safety or serviceability issues with equipment and tools.

/n




Perform general housekeeping cleaning duties as required e.g.,mopping and scrubbing hard flooring and tiled areas, class cleaning, kitchen / staff facilities cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning and consumable replenishment, emptying bins etc.

/n
Follow all CMBM and client-specific safety procedures.

/n
