Job Description
This is a full time role based in Jindabyne, NSW. As a Fitter - Ropeway Technician at Doppelmayr Australia Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of ropeway systems, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.

What you'll be doing
n
Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance on ropeway systems, including bullwheel bearings, sheaves, hydraulic and gearbox overhauls.
n
Travelling to various customer sites to complete service work as part of a team for haul rope changes and service work.
n
Assembly of new ropeway equipment.
n
Maintenance and assembly of in-house equipment such as winches, powerpacks and rigging equipment.
n
What we're looking for
n
Trade-qualified fitter
n
Rigging and dogging high-risk licence
n
Heavy vehicle licence (HR) preferred
n
Should have familiarity with the operation and maintenance of ropeways
n




Accommodation or the ability to find accommodation in Jindabyne
n
Someone who likes working in the outdoors and is willing to travel
