About the Role:

We are seeking seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis!
n
You will be based at our Tarragal House located at 107 Karalta Road Erina NSW ****.
n
Various shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

The successful candidates will join an established, dynamic, and supportive care team, delivering high-quality personal care. Key Responsibilities
n




Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.
n
Assist with personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and toileting
n
Support residents with mobility, transfers and daily living activities
n
Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional support
n
Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition
n
Communicate effectively with Registered Nurses and the broader clinical team
n
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace for residents and families
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
At least 1 - 2 years experience as a personal care worker (desirable).
n
Have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (desirable).
n
Demonstratesexcellence
in customer service and care
n
Hasan interest and passion in working with the elderly
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
A reliable, compassionate and professional approach
