ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a
Part-Time Retail Assistant at Black Pepper Penrith
, you'll be an important part of creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
You'll help women find styles that make them look and feel their best, provide personalised styling advice, keep the store looking beautiful and work closely with your team to achieve store goals.

Provide warm, personalised and exceptional customer service
Get to know our customers and help them find styles that suit their individual needs
Offer confident styling and product advice to help customers feel fabulous
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who:
Loves fashion and enjoys helping women find styles that make them feel confident
Has previous experience in retail, fashion or a customer-facing role
Enjoys building genuine relationships with customers
Can adapt their selling and communication style to suit different customers
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is reliable, enthusiastic and brings a positive
can-do attitude
to every shift
Works well as part of a team and is happy to support your colleagues
Can commit to an agreed part time shift pattern, with some flexibility during busy trading periods
Whether you're an experienced fashion retailer or someone with a strong passion for customer service looking to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.
