Participate in training and development of junior kitchen staff

About The Candidate
Relevant qualifications in culinary arts or equivalent experience
Proven experience in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
