About the role /n

We're looking for a Chef de Partie with previous Fine Dining experience - ideally from a hatted or Michelin-regonised kitchen - to join our team for an immediate start. You'll work with a deep knowledge of produce and tenchique, helping craft complex, seasonally driven dishes in a high-performing kitchen.

Skills and experience /n

Advanced understanding of contemporary dining principles, with strong technical skills

Experience in fine-dining venues and tasting menu concepts

/n

Available for an immediate or near immediate start

A team player with an excellent work ethic

Must be available to work weekends, with reliable transport required /n
