Alfie’s Italian seeks a dynamic, experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

/n This is a turnkey role—our systems are well-established, and we’re looking for a food and wine enthusiast who can take charge, and elevate our service standards.

Key Responsibilities /n

Lead and Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring a seamless service from opening to closing.

/n

Service Excellence: Maintain high-quality service standards, creating memorable guest experiences.

/n

Wine & Beverage Sales: Utilize your knowledge to train staff, identify upselling opportunities, and meet sales goals.

/n

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff,



cultivating a positive, high-performance culture.

Inventory & Stock Control: Manage ordering, stock rotation, and supplier relationships to optimize costs and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For /n

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant setting.

Strong wine expertise and enthusiasm for food, with the ability to train and inspire staff.

/n

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

/n

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage inventory effectively.

/n

Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
