About the Role /n

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries

/n
Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and professional manner

/n
Coordinating the service reminder process

/n
Managing service bookings and ensuring customers schedule their vehicle servicing

/n




Providing administrative support to the Service Department

/n
Offering customer refreshments and ensuring customer facilities are stocked and maintained

/n
Working collaboratively within a busy team environment

/n

About You /n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

/n

/n
Previous experience in a similar customer service or reception role, with automotive experience preferred

/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities

/n
A qualified and welcoming attitude

/n
The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment

/n
A valid WA driver’s licence

/n
Permenant Australian working rights
