The Role: Why You’ll Love It /n

As our first point of contact, you are the curator of the patient experience. You’ll be responsible for keeping the studio humming and our patients smiling.

Your day-to-day will involve /n

Creating Connections: Welcoming patients with warmth and enjoying genuine conversations.

The Smooth Operator: Managing the diary, booking/rescheduling appointments,



and keeping the schedule tight.

/n
Tech & Admin: Handling HICAPS/EFTPOS transactions and keeping our practice management system up to date.

/n
Studio Pride: Ensuring the studio looks pristine and handling the sterilisation of instruments (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
