Inventory & ERP Administrator - Part-Time /n

Cranfield Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inventory & ERP Administratorto support a busy manufacturing company based in Yatala.

/n

This is a flexible, part-time chance offering approximately 20 hours per week. The days and start and finish times can be negotiated to suit the successful candidate.

/n

You will assist the business with setting up and maintaining its ERP systems while providing general inventory and administrative support. We are looking for someone who understands how ERP systems operate and can confidently help establish accurate, practical processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities /n

/n
Assisting with the setup and implementation of ERP processes

/n
Entering, reviewing and maintaining inventory and product data

/n
Raising and processing purchase orders

/n
Monitoring stock movements and inventory records

/n
Identifying and correcting data discrepancies

/n
Supporting purchasing, warehouse and manufacturing teams

/n
Creating and maintaining accurate system records

/n




General administrative duties as required

/n

About you /n

/n
Previous experience using ERP or inventory management systems

/n
Strong understanding of inventory processes

/n
Administration experience within manufacturing, warehousing or supply chain

/n
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

/n
Confident working with systems, spreadsheets and data

/n
Robust communication and problem-solving skills

/n
Able to work independently and help establish efficient processes

/n

/n

Experience assisting with an ERP implementation or system setup would be highly regarded.
