We are seeking dedicated Care Professionals (Qualified Support Workers) to join our team of support staff in the Southern Gold Coast region.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.

/n
Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.

/n
Monitor and report on clients' health and well-being, ensuring any changes are communicated to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Encourage and support clients in engaging with social and recreational activities.

/n
Maintain accurate records of care provided and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

/n
Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in social care. Nursing students encouraged to apply.

/n
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

/n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

/n
Compassionate and patient approach to care.

/n
Current First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
