James St Medical - Casual Medical Receptionist – Immediate start

James St Medical is looking for a friendly, reliable and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

/n

This role is for approximately 16 hours per week , with shifts to be worked across our practice opening hours.

/n

About the role: You will be an important part of our reception team, providing a welcoming and qualified experience for our patients while supporting our doctors and nurses with day-to-day administration.

/n

We are looking for someone who has:

Has previous medical reception or healthcare administration experience

/n
Is warm, qualified and genuinely enjoys helping people

/n




Has excellent communication and organisational skills

/n
Can confidently manage a busy reception workplace

/n
Works well as part of a team

/n
Has strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

/n

/n

Experience with Best Practice software is preferred but not essential , as training will be provided to the right applicant.

/n
