the Y WA is hiring a Newman Night Space Program Manager to lead the current youth program in East Newman. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, build partnerships with families, Elders and schools, and ensure protected, engaging activities for young people.
You'll manage rostering, staff development and performance while collaborating with local organisations to achieve positive outcomes. Evening shifts and occasional weekends are required.
