We are seeking a friendly and vibrant personality to join our reception team.

Casual or part time options available.

The role requires 10+ hours a week (including rotating Saturdays) and sick leave cover

Hours vary depending on the day, but must be available to work until 6pm

Qualifications & experience /n

Admin/reception experience required

The right candidate takes initiative and thinks outside the box

Tasks & responsibilities /n

Managing communications over multiple platforms

/n

Taking payments and processing rebates (Hicaps/Medicare)

/n

Calling referrals

/n

Supporting clinicians administrative requests

/n
