We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to support the AMP account, responsible for the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalogue.
Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
Support CMDB, including CI data quality, relationships, and ongoing maintenance.
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub and MID Server.
Perform platform administration, troubleshooting and production support.
Support platform upgrades, releases, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and change-management standards.
