Work autonomously while feeling valued and supported
THE ROLE
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls across Australia and New Zealand
End-to-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with Awards, EBAs and legislation
Assisting with system queries, testing and enhancements projects
Support payroll and HR teams with payroll systems and process-related queries
Month-end reporting and calculations including PAYG, Superannuation, Workers Compensation and labour costing reports
Maintain employee payroll records and leave entitlements
Work closely with Payroll, HR and Finance stakeholders
Assist with process improvement initiatives, team training and system upgrades
Support audit requirements and payroll compliance activities
THE PERSON
Proven end-to-end payroll experience using ADP GlobalView or SAP is essential
Strong understanding of Awards, EBAs, payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements
Kronos experience is desirable
Excellent Excel and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
