Job Description
Evolution Precast is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to drive health, safety and environmental performance across our Wetherill Park facility. This hands-on role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with supervisors, contractors, and management to ensure protected work practices and compliance.

You will develop and implement HSE systems, run audits and training, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, compliance and environmental performance.
