Production Engineer – Key responsibilities:
n
n
Develop, optimise and maintain multi-axis CNC programmes using CAM software.
n
Design and implement effective production tooling, fixtures and manufacturing solutions.
n
Take ownership of manufacturing processes from initial concept through to production.
n
Support current product introduction,



process development and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
n
Provide technical support to production teams while ensuring compliance with quality, Health & Safety.
n
n
Production Engineer – Essential Skills & Experience:
n
n
Proven experience in CAM programming, using Siemens NX or similar.
n
Manufacturing engineering experience within automotive, motorsport, aerospace or precision engineering.
n
Experience in manufacturing, production engineering and fixture design.
n
Strong knowledge of GD&T; and problem solving skills.
n
Relevant HNC, HND, degree-level qualification or apprentice trained.
