THE POSITION n
n
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
n
Carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations across a variety of remote village facilities
n
Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on plumbing, water and drainage systems
n
Completing fault finding and repairs to ensure uninterrupted village services
n
Undertaking gas servicing and gas testing activities where licensed and authorised
n
Ensuring all work complies with safety, regulatory and environmental standards
n
Working collaboratively with electricians, refrigeration technicians and other trades
n
Contributing to the delivery of reliable essential services within diverse operational environments
n
THE PERSON To be successful, you will possess: n
n
Qualified Plumber with relevant WA trade certification
n
Current Plumbing Licence
n




Gas Testing and/or Gas Servicing qualifications highly regarded but not essential
n
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and workplace safety procedures
n
Ability to work flexibly across different rosters and remote locations
n
Current C Class Driver's Licence
n
Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screeningMust reside in Western Australia and be able to FIFO from Perth Airport
n
