About the Opportunity
n
CE Group is seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a major project operation based in Mount Morgan.
n
This role will work on a Monday to Friday roster and play a key role supporting workforce coordination, compliance, document control and day to day site administration activities within a fast paced project environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate travel, accommodation, transfers and journey management
n
Organise and minute meetings; maintain project, safety and workforce records
n
Manage medicals, training, site access and compliance requirements
n
Maintain online portals and support daily site administration

About You
n
n
Project or site administration experience; mining, construction or infrastructure exposure highly regarded
n
Robust organisation, communication and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
n
Confident managing priorities, online systems and working independently
n
Unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to complete a pre-employment medical
n
n
