Assembly Person – Agricultural Machinery
to join our team.
About the role
This is a hands-on position responsible for the assembly of broadacre and row crop planting & seeding equipment. Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will play an important role in ensuring our machinery is built to the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key responsibilities
Assemble broadacre & row crop planting and seeding equipment
Complete general mechanical assembly tasks
Interpret and work from assembly drawings and technical instructions
Ensure all work is completed accurately and safely
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
About you
Experience in machinery assembly or a similar hands-on mechanical role
The ability to read and interpret assembly drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to work
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable qualifications and experience
Experience within the agricultural machinery industry
Mechanical knowledge of agricultural equipment and components
Mechanical trade qualifications or a mechanical background
