Located in Bundanoon NSW ****, Osborn House is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter to become part of their hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities
n

Greeting guests and providing professional and attentive food and beverage service.
n
Presenting menus, explaining dishes and beverages, and assisting guests with their selections.
n
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams.
n
Serving meals and beverages to guests in accordance with established service standards.
n
Monitoring tables throughout service and responding promptly to guest requests.
n
Processing payments and operating point-of-sale systems accurately.
n
Setting up, clearing and resetting tables and dining areas before, during and after service.
n
Coordinating with kitchen, bar and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness,



presentation and hygiene throughout dining areas.
n
Following responsible service of alcohol, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
n

About you
n
n
At least one year of relevant experience as a Waiter or in a similar food and beverage service role.
n
Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
n
Professional presentation and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
n
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a front-of-house team.
n
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
n

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
n Salary: $68,000 - $78,000 per annum
