Job Description
Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a 23-townhouse development in Caboolture.
You will take ownership from civils through to completion, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site activities to deliver the project safely and to a high standard.
Experience in residential townhouse projects is preferred; QBCC licence is essential.
Procore proficiency will be used for documentation and communication, with the Project Manager guiding milestones and a supportive construction
