About the role
Reporting to the Executive Manager Inclusive Employment Australia, you will work closely with national teams to support the programs performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role supervising the operations team ensuring compliance with the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Deed, associated Guidelines, National Disability Services Standards, and Maxima's National Service Delivery Model, while driving continuous improvement across operations.
This position is based inSouth Australia.
What you'll be doing
In this diverse role, you will:
Lead performance analysis for the IEA program by identifying patterns and providing recommendations for improvement
Support the Operations Specialist in monitoring and managingwage subsidies, including system processing and payments
Act as a mentor, trusted advisor and technical expert to frontline teams to drive performance
Provide advice and support to IEA Managers and Maxima's Executive
Support the teams to understand eligibility and evidence requirements for placements and anchors
Support frontline service delivery andIEA functions, including;Reviewing evidence for progress payments, outcomes, claims and wage subsidies
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
Processing claims accurately and on time
Lead monitoring ofclaims data and trends, including processing times to identify improvement opportunities
Lead IEA responses to Data Breaches and Freedom of Information requests,
including reporting and trend analysis
Support program assurance, incident management, audits and site visits
Monitor DSS and Provider Portal communications, and deliver clear internal communications and updates
Review customer feedback and drive corrective actions
Build strong stakeholder relationships and liaise with DSS as required
Assist with incident and feedback management through the Incident Management System
Support theOperations Specialist in monitoring the central inbox and internal/external queries, including customer feedback processes
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring leadership experience in employment or community services, along with:
Solid knowledge of the IEA Deed and Guidelines, including performance and quality frameworks, or previous knowledge of DES (Disability Employment Services)
Ability to interpret contracts and translate into effective systems and processes
Experience managing a caseload and supporting service delivery
Excellent communication and report writing
Strong analytical, problem‐solving and organisational skills
