About the Role:

Tradewind Australia is seeking passionate Casual Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to support Early Learning Centres across Sale and Stratford locations in Gippsland, Victoria. This is a great opportunity to work flexibly across a range of centres, gain valuable experience and build positive relationships with children, families and early learning teams.

We're looking for:
n
n
Qualified Early Childhood Teachers with current VIT registration
n
Educators with a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
n
n

Key duties:
n
n
Engage children in meaningful, play-based learning experiences
n




Implement and contribute to educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
n
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
n
Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences, where required
n
Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues
n
n
Skills and Qualifications:
n
n
Fully completed Early Childhood Teaching qualification with current VIT registration OR Diploma or Cert III in ECE (or ACECQA equivalent recognition)
n
Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current Do Food Safely Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Childhood and National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
n
n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Initiative and a willingness to get involved
n
Ability to work effectively within different teams and environments
n
Sound understanding of the EYLF and Child Safety Standards
n
Flexibility to work across all age groups from 0-6 years
