The Position Involves:
n
n
Preparing quotes and accurately processing customer orders
n
Responding to product and technical enquiries
n
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
n




Providing professional and friendly customer service
n
Coordinating stock availability and deliveries with yard staff
n
Receiving and processing incoming goods
n
Assisting with stock control and purchasing
n
Managing returns, invoices and special-order items
n
Liaising with suppliers and updating pricing and discounts in the online system
n
n
What we are looking for:
n
n
Ateam playerwho can also work independently
n
Experience in timber, construction, or hardware such as Bunnings is a bonus
n
Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy
n
POS experience and a customer-first attitude
n
Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling
n
Must be open to completing apre-employment medical check
n
n
No Industry experience? Not a problem!
n
Full training and support will be provided to set you up for success.
