About the Role n
This is a hands‐on position involving the construction and installation of:

Patios and pergolas
n
n
Timber and composite decking
n
n
Outdoor living areas
n
n
Roofing and associated building work
n
n
General carpentry and installation work
n
n
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can think on their feet and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.




What We're Looking For n
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in roofing, decking and/or carpentry
n
n
A solid understanding of general building and construction principles
n
n
The ability to work independently and use initiative
n
n
A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n

Strong problem‐solving skills
n

The ability to follow instructions, plans and work schedules
n
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
n
A punctual, reliable and trustworthy approach to work

Valuable communication skills and a professional manner when dealing with clients

A positive, friendly and self‐motivated attitude
