NSW Health's Fairfield Hospital seeks a Nurse Unit Manager (Lvl 2) for Orthopaedic Ward 2B. The role leads the nursing team, coordinates patient flow, discharge planning and multidisciplinary care to ensure protected, high‐quality and patient‐centred outcomes.
You will drive clinical governance, quality improvement, and an inclusive workplace culture, while supporting staff development and wellbeing and enabling collaboration across surgical and rehabilitative pathways.
