Cotton On in Queensland is seeking a fashion-driven store qualified to Own your department and execute Brand direction across visual merchandising, trade actions, inventory processes and presentation.

You will coach the team in partnership with Store Management, share feedback to grow department performance, and spot trade opportunities to improve the customer experience. You will also advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation and support day-to-day store leadership.
