Are you a motivated individual with a passion for electrical work and a desire to learn from industry professionals? Raffin Electrical is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Electrician to join our team.

As an Apprentice Electrician, you will gain valuable hands‐on experience, develop industry skills, and build the knowledge required for a successful career as a licensed electrician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to commence their electrical apprenticeship or for an existing apprentice seeking a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:
n

Assist qualified electricians with a range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
n
Learn and apply electrical principles, industry standards, and secure work practices.
n
Support the installation, maintenance,



and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
n
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
n
Attend and successfully complete the required trade school component of the apprenticeship.
n
Travel to various job sites as required. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential for this role.

Requirements:
n
n
Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn and grow in the electrical trade.
n
Completed or currently enrolled in a Certificate II in Electrotechnology. Completion of, or enrolment in, a relevant electrical pre-apprenticeship course will be highly regarded.
n
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
n
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
n
Willingness to take direction and follow instructions from experienced electricians.
n
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
n
