Experienced Packaging Sales Professional Wanted

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the packaging industry to join our team in Ingleburn.
n
This is a hands‐on sales role for someone who knows the packaging industry inside and out, is confident developing new business, and can build and maintain strong long‐term customer relationships.
n
You'll be expected to hit the ground running, identify new opportunities and take ownership of both business development and existing accounts.
n
About the Role
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Securing new business opportunities
n
Managing and growing an existing client portfolio
n
Building strong, long‐term customer relationships
n
Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate packaging solutions
n
Preparing quotes, negotiating pricing and closing sales
n
Managing accounts from initial enquiry through to ongoing service
n
Maintaining strong customer service and meeting agreed SLAs
n
Developing new sales opportunities within existing accounts
n
Keeping up to date with packaging products, trends and industry developments
n
Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered
n

About You
n




To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Minimum 3-5 years' sales experience within the packaging industry
n
Extensive knowledge of packaging products, applications and solutions
n
A proven track record in business development and recent client acquisition
n
Strong account management experience
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‐building skills
n
The confidence and drive to pick up the phone, open doors and win new business
n
A commercially minded approach with a strong focus on achieving sales results
n
The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline and accounts
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
n
You will be someone who understands that successful sales is about more than simply making a sale — it's about understanding the customer, finding the right solution and building relationships that last.
