Commercial Maintenance & Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering job security and the opportunity to work across a consistent pipeline of commercial landscaping projects throughout the local area.

What you'll be doing
n
n
General landscape construction
n
Turfing, planting, mulching, soil works & softscape
n
Fencing, edging, bollards & basic timber installation
n
Grounds maintenance
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
n
Able to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
n
Confident and competent with hand and power tools
n
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
n
Comfortable collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure efficient, timely project delivery
n
Committed to maintaining a clean, organised work environment and high site standards
n
Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations
n
Strong work ethic and a positive,



"get-it-done" attitude
n
Holds a White Card and a current driver's licence
n
MUST HAVE Working With Childrens Check (WWCC) or ability to attain one
n
n
Highly desirable
n

Commercial experience
n
Experience coordinating materials and site deliveries
n
Ability to operate plant/equipment
n
n
Related qualifications

MR licence
