Strata Trust Manager | Sutherland Shire | Up to $110K Package n
This is an opportunity to step into a Trust Manager position within an established strata management business, overseeing the trust accounting function across approximately700 strata managements.
n
You'll have the support of an Accounts Assistant and work closely with the strata management team and Directors, with plenty of scope to improve processes, systems and efficiencies.

The Opportunity

Oversee the trust accounting function across approx. 700 strata managements
n
Manage trust reconciliations, payments, receipting and financial transactions
n
Take ownership of onboarding new managements and ensuring all financial information is correctly established
n
Prepare and oversee financial reporting and commission figures
n
Ensure trust account compliance and all processes are completed accurately and on time
n
Lead and support your Trust Assistant, delegating tasks and managing the day-to-day workflow
n
Identify and implement opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies
n

About You
n

We're looking for an experienced
Strata Trust Accountant / Trust Manager
who is ready to step into a role with greater ownership and responsibility.
n
You'll have:
n
n
Proven
strata trust accounting experience
n
Strong knowledge of trust accounting compliance and processes
n
Experience with reconciliations, payments, receipting and financial reporting
n
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with a wider team
n
n
