MAKO is seeking a hands-on Installation, Quality Assurance and Field Services Lead for Flightfilm on aircraft worldwide. You will own the installation process, coordinate with customers' engineering teams and ensure compliance with aviation regulators.

This role requires 5+ years leading aviation teams, a degree in Engineering or manufacturing, and willingness to travel. You'll train installers, manage end-to-end projects, and maintain stock and safety records.
