About the Position
n
We are seeking a motivated and technically capable ICT Support and Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day ICT technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and conducting testing and quality assurance of ICT applications, systems, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide first- and second-level technical support to staff and users.
n
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, software, networks, and other ICT equipment.
n
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related problems.
n
Monitor ICT systems and assist in maintaining system availability, performance, and security.
n
Conduct functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and other relevant testing of ICT applications and systems.
n
Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
n
Identify, document, track, and follow up on software defects and technical issues.
n
Work closely with developers, vendors, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve identified issues.
n
Maintain accurate records of ICT assets, incidents, service requests, test results, and system documentation.
n
Assist with system upgrades, deployments, configuration changes, and implementation of recent ICT solutions.
n
Provide user guidance and basic ICT training where required.
n
Ensure compliance with organizational ICT policies, procedures,



and information-security requirements.
n
Perform other ICT-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field.
n
1–2 years of relevant experience in ICT support, system administration, software testing, or a related role.
n
Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and common business applications.
n
Practical experience in
software/application
testing and quality assurance.
n
Familiarity with test case preparation, defect tracking, and test documentation.
n
Knowledge of databases, SQL, web applications, and basic
scripting/programming
will be an advantage.
n
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n
Good written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
n

Desirable Skills
n
n
Experience with help-desk or IT service-management systems.
n
Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting tools.
n
Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies.
n
Understanding of cybersecurity and data-protection principles.
n
Experience working with cloud-based applications and services.
n
Relevant professional certifications in ICT, networking, system administration, or software testing will be an advantage.
