Job Description
This is a hands-on, creative role working closely with the design team, leadership team and wider business. You'll have plenty of autonomy to find the stories happening across Growth and turn them into content that gets noticed. You'll take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity while also playing an important role in bids and proposals.

Key responsibilities
n
Developing and managing social media content and posting schedule
n
Getting out to project sites to capture great content, stories and project milestones
n
Working closely with designers to showcase the thinking, people and creativity behind work
n
Creating engaging project case studies and behind-the-scenes content
n
Helping bring people and culture to life across marketing channels
n
Coordinating and developing high-quality bids, proposals and capability documents
n
Working with sales and leadership teams on major opportunities and submissions
n
Supporting the rollout of a light refresh of the Growth brand
n
Keeping website, credentials and marketing collateral current and compelling
n




Identifying new ideas and opportunities to continually improve how Growth presents itself to the market
n
About you
n
Strong marketing and content experience
n
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
n
Experience coordinating bids, proposals or submissions
n
A good eye for design and visual storytelling
n
Confidence creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social channels
n
The ability to work with designers and turn complex ideas into simple, engaging stories
n
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar platforms
n
Initiative — bringing ideas, not just waiting for a brief
n
A collaborative personality who enjoys being part of a fast-moving team
