Located in Kalgoorlie WA ****, The Miners Rest Motel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter Supervisor to become part of their team.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Supervising and coordinating wait staff during daily food and beverage service.
n
Allocating duties and service sections to ensure productive restaurant operations.
n
Providing professional food and beverage service and assisting staff during busy service periods.
n
Greeting customers, taking orders and ensuring meals and beverages are served accurately and promptly.
n
Monitoring service standards and assisting with customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
n
Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth and timely service.
n
Assisting with the training and guidance of wait staff to maintain consistent service standards.
n
Ensuring dining and service areas are properly prepared, maintained and presented.
n
Supporting opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and general service duties.




n
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, responsible service and workplace procedures.
n

About you:
n
n
At least one year of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality or food and beverage service.
n
Previous experience supervising or coordinating wait staff is highly regarded.
n
Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
Ability to lead and support staff in a busy hospitality environment.
n
Good organisational and time management skills.
n
Ability to work effectively with kitchen, bar and front-of-house staff.
n
Professional presentation and a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
n

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
n
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
