The Roles & Responsibilities
n
n
Preparing, cleaning, and assembling precast moulds.
n
Steel fixing, reinforcing, and preparing fiberglass rebar (GFRP).
n
Assisting with pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete into moulds.
n
Stripping moulds post-pour and once cured.
n
Inspecting finished panels/products for defects and carrying out minor rectification.
n
Secure use of hand/power tools, fixed plant equipment, and gantry cranes (site dependent).
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
n

Above-award casual rates ranging from standard competitive pay up to $*****-$45 per hour, plus overtime and penalty rates.

Schedule: Monday to Friday roster (8-10-hour shifts) with occasional weekend work available.

What We Need From You
n
n
Experience: Experience in precast concrete, construction, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable (Steel fixing or gantry crane experience is a massive plus for specific yards!).
n
Licensing: Valid Driver Licence & reliable vehicle.
n
Tools: Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
n
Work Ethic: Strong commitment to workplace health & safety, high level of reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude.
